For a weekend,
Truffles is centre stage.

Sonia Ferchaud, wine guide in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and head of Beyond The Wine, was delighted to be invited in partnership with the Grimaud Tourist Office to highlight a number of our gastronomic products: food and wine. Our tasting included an artichoke cream with truffles from Les Délices de Mélie (Grimaud) to be enjoyed with an AOP Cairanne blanc Terroir du Soleil (a Rhône Valley appellation); a brie mascarpone with truffles from Mme Barbaroux matching with the Cuvée Castellan rouge de 2013 from Domaine du Val de Gilly (Grimaud) and, last but not least, truffle honey from Maison Dessis with Champagne Ambassadeur Brut from Champagne Gremillet.
