Our General Conditions

1. Purpose :

The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between BEYOND THE WINE and the customer. The customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions of sale before placing an order. BEYOND THE WINE reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with new regulations or to improve the use of its website. Consequently, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the buyer’s order.

2. Services :

The services offered are those which appear on the quotation or invoice sent € by BEYOND THE WINE within the limit of available places. BEYOND THE WINE reserves the right to modify the range of services at any time. Each service is presented on the quotation in the form of a description of its main features: tour description, date, departure point and number of places. A minimum number of people may be required for departure.

For regular tours:

Departure from the meeting point indicated on the tour description page (unless otherwise arranged due to roadworks or events). We reserve the right to modify all or part of the itinerary if necessary, depending on the availability of winegrowers in our area.

For tours including lunch, picnic or dinner, we use service providers who comply strictly with health regulations. If you have any food intolerances, please inform us at the time of booking. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to consume alcohol on the estates. We remind you that alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health. Consume in moderation.

3. Prices :

Prices shown on quotations are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. BEYOND THE WINE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price indicated on the quotation on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the customer. The price mentioned on the quotation is valid up to the date mentioned on the quotation. If no date is mentioned, the maximum validity date is one month, subject to availability of the estates and partners involved.

4. Cancellation policy :

If you are unable to attend the tour you have booked and paid for, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation and/or modification of the initial booking, the following charges will be deducted from the refund (unless specifically indicated on the final invoice).

If the tour is shared :

For private tours (up to 6 people):

No refunds will be made if participants fail to show up at the start of the booked tour, or if they are late for an activity where it is explicitly stated that the departure time cannot be changed. For all other cancellations due to events beyond your control, each refund request will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

For tours of 7 people or more and for seminars/incentives, please refer to the quote/invoice sent.

5. Order and payment terms :

BEYOND THE WINE offers its BtoB customers the option of paying by bank transfer. Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, confirmation that you are fully aware of them, and waiver of your right to invoke your own terms and conditions of purchase. All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. If the customer has an e-mail address and has entered it on the order form, BEYOND THE WINE will send confirmation of the order by e-mail.

6. Complaints :

All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be sent by email to the following address: contact@beyondthewine.fr; or by post to the following address: BEYOND THE WINE – 38 impasse de la poste 83420 LA CROIX VALMER.

7. Liability :

BEYOND THE WINE makes every effort to guarantee its customers a safe, quality experience. Despite these precautions, BEYOND THE WINE cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions or traffic slowdowns. Furthermore, BEYOND THE WINE is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings inside or outside the vehicle during the tour.

In France, it is compulsory to wear a seatbelt in all vehicles. It is also forbidden to consume food or alcohol in our vehicles.

For tours in 2CVs or other vintage vehicles, should a breakdown occur, we’ll do our utmost to ensure that your experience is not impacted, but we can’t guarantee any breakdowns, given the vintage nature of the vehicle. All our vehicles are of course insured.

8. Intellectual property :

All elements of the www.beyondthewine.fr website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of BEYOND THE WINE. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of photo, logo, visual or text. BEYOND THE WINE is a term registered with the INPI.

9. Personal data:

The company BEYOND THE WINE undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the customer. Informatins which he may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning the customer is subject to the provisions of law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. Internet users therefore have the right to access, modify and delete any information concerning them. 10. Settlement of disputes :

The present conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of the Tribunal de Commerce de Fréjus. French General conditions preveil.
