Beyond The Wine also offers off-season activities from January to mid-March, including our blending workshop. Create your own cuvée in the company of your local guide and expert on the wines of the region. A workshop for those who have always wanted to make their own wine! Blending is the art of making a wine from different grape varieties. And because there are so many of them here, there are many possible combinations.
We’ll guide you step by step through this workshop, which requires no particular knowledge, just the desire to learn more and have a good time. A visit to the cellar and a tasting of the estate’s wines are included after the blending workshop, accompanied by a Provençal snack.
We also offer horse-rides carriage in Grimaud, and wine & chocolate tours from a boat in winter.
During this half-day excursion, your expert wine guide from the region will meet you at the pre-selected vineyard (Domaine de la Tourraque). You will begin with a stroll through the vineyard, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, accompanied by Sushi… Afterward, we invite you to settle in, outdoors facing the vineyards or indoors in case of inclement weather, to unleash your inner artist with the wine lees* from the estate, all while holding a glass, of course.

“We were a group of 12 and all agreed that it was a great time! The combination of horse riding in the vineyards and wine tasting is a combo that works very well. Sonia knows her subject inside out and was a mine of information about rosé. The setting at the ranch was great. Many thanks to Sonia and Laura from the ranch.” Axel, November 2022.” Axel, Novembre 2022.
“Sonia came to do a tasting at our home for 11 people. It was an excellent time, with a variety of wines chosen and offered with a lot of common sense, accompanied by beautiful platters (…) a very friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much for this moment Sonia. See you soon.” Thomas, October 2021.
For us, the harvest begins in mid-August and continues until the end of September, depending on the location in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. They also usually take place at night. If you would like to follow a grape-picking machine or join us for hand-picking, don’t hesitate to contact us to organise it for you. We’ll welcome you with a coffee in hand and show you all the stages of harvesting, pressing and the start of vinification. A truly privileged moment with our winemakers.
Our 1st team building event, also ideal for families and groups of friends.
