In collaboration with Domaine du Bourrian, we are offering an exclusive 2-hour cooking class with a private chef from Ghayda Aouni's team in the winery's kitchens. The lunch will take place in the winery's gardens and will consist of an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert accompanied by a wine from the estate. From 12 years old.

The Domaine du Bourrian, a wine estate in Gassin, will be the setting for this new wine and gastronomy offer. Ideally from April to October, the estate offers you its doors to host a private cooking class with a chef from Ghayda Aouni’s team.

 

We recommend you to go to the estate with your own transportation (transfers available at extra cost on request) for arrival at 10 or 11am (to be arranged in advance). A member of the estate staff will welcome you with the chef; the cooking class lasts around 2 hours in the estate’s kitchens. The capacity is 2 to 8 people, small private group (from 12 years old).

 

Following this cooking class, we suggest you extend the gastronomic experience with lunch in the estate’s gardens (the old wine storehouse in case of rain). Now’s the time to make the most of this private lunch. Your lunch will be accompanied by a bottle of Domaine du Bourrian wine (1 bottle for 2 to 4 people, 2 bottles for 6 to 8 people).

 

The total duration of our offer is 4 hours on site. If you would like a private tour and tasting of 4 wines/person before your course or following your gastronomic workshop, please ask us when you contact us (at an extra cost).

Our 4-hour offer does not include transport to the Domaine du Bourrian. If you are a group with one or more children, please specify this in your request : we will get back to you to discuss the feasibility.

A menu is suggested; for each group we ask you to choose identical aperitifs, starters, main and courses and desserts for the whole group, to make the cooking lesson easier. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know so that we can adapt the menu.

    The price for 2 People is €790 incl. VAT; 4 People: €1,029 incl. VAT; 6 People: €1,339 incl. VAT and 8 People: €1,639 incl. VAT.

    On request: private tour and 4-wine tasting (extra charge) before or after the cooking class and your lunch; we can also arrange transfers with a private chauffeur (e-class or van, extra charge).

     


     

    The menu consists of an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert (some menu items can be prepared in advance by your chef). Menu sent by email once we know your allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements.
