Sonia Ferchaud, wine guide in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and head of Beyond The Wine, was delighted to be invited in partnership with the Grimaud Tourist Office to highlight a number of our gastronomic products: food and wine. Our tasting included an artichoke cream with truffles from Les Délices de Mélie (Grimaud) to be enjoyed with an AOP Cairanne blanc Terroir du Soleil (a Rhône Valley appellation); a brie mascarpone with truffles from Mme Barbaroux matching with the Cuvée Castellan rouge de 2013 from Domaine du Val de Gilly (Grimaud). Last but not least, truffle honey from Maison Dessis with Champagne Ambassadeur Brut from Champagne Gremillet. truffe en fête grimaud

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, discover or rediscover the riches of the Grimaud region. A seasonal product par excellence, truffles occupy an important place in the hearts of the people of the Var. It’s the perfect way to magnify our region’s star products. It’s no coincidence that many of our restaurants feature truffles on their winter menus.
To mark the occasion, Sonia Ferchaud, wine tourism guide for the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is organising a series of gourmet workshops. A selection of quality dishes and regional wines. In the heart of the Grimaud Heritage Museum, take part in our food and wine pairings.
