A fascinating weekend in the Var

11th “Fascinant Week-end” in the Var, find out what we have to offer for this French event,

Sonia Ferchaud, oenological guide and head of Beyond The Wine, will be offering an oenological workshop at the Moulin Communal in the village of Callas. Also an opportunity to discover the village and its heritage. The Moulin will open its doors to us for an exceptional visit, followed by a tasting of wines, olives and olive oils! Also present will be M. Mathieu Bérenguier, the 4th generation of the Moulin de Callas family. A local producer of olives and olive oils, we’ll be offering a tasting of the latter. As well as a tasting of 3 wines from the Dracénie Provence Verdon region.

In the Coeur du Var, we’ll be offering a tasting of 4 local wines in the sumptuous and historic  Thoronet Abbey ⛪ in the heart of the salle des convers! 🤗

Le Thoronet Abbey in Provence is a masterpiece of Cistercian architecture, founded in the 12th century. Surrounded by hills and lavender fields (in bloom according to the season), it embodies the harmony between man and nature. Its stones, its lights… a soothing, spiritual atmosphere. The abbey is famous for its exceptional acoustics, attracting concerts and cultural events. Today, it invites visitors to explore its rich history and sober architecture.
