From the Gulf of Saint-Tropez*, we invite you to discover the Coeur du Var with your driver-guide. Between Provence and the Côte d’Azur, nature reigns, less than an hour from the most beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean sea and from the Verdon Gorges. It’s a destination rich in sites such as the Abbaye du Thoronet, which you can visit during the day, as well as emblematic landscapes such as the Maures plain and forest. A destination with many more surprises to come.

Appellation Côtes de Provence Notre Dame-des-Anges,

You’ll start your day by discovering Château Demonpère. A sumptuous historic estate with works of art overlooking the vines. In the Côtes de Provence Notre Dame-des-Anges appellation, the younger georgraphical denomination in our AOP Côtes de Provence.

Founded in the 13th century by the Templars,

We’ll then continue on to the renowned Commanderie de Peyrassol, founded in the 13th century by the Knights Templar, located in Flassans sur Issole in a historic, artistic and authentic setting. 800 hectares steeped in history that we’ll be sure to share with you.

Lunch at Lou’s Bistrot at the Commanderie de Peyrassol, where you can sample some Provençal bites from their vegetable garden, enhanced by olive oil from the estate and wines from the Commanderie. A bottle of wine for 4 people is also included.

L’Abbaye du Thoronet,

The day will end at the Abbaye du Thoronet, one of the most remarkable abbeys of the Cîteaux order. For 1 hour, discover this monument rich in heritage. History, architecture, famous people and anecdotes… Find out all you need to know about Le Thoronet Abbey!

It’s in Provence that the abbeys of the first Cistercian architecture (Le Thoronet, Sénanque and Silvacane) are the most humble and characteristic of Bernardine simplicity… let yourself be guided and go back in time during this day. At the end of the tour, your guide will take you back to your departure point.

Accompanied by your expert, visit two wine estates and taste 6 to 8 wines (depending on the estate). You’ll also visit Le Thoronet Abbey at the end of the day.*
