At the Ranch de la Mène (our partner for many years), that we metjournalist Laura Cialdella. After an hour’s ride on horseback, Sonia took Laura Cialdella to discover and taste the wines of Domaine du Val de Gilly. Marion & Maëlle, two sisters who own the estate, had organized the tasting outdoors. It was a great opportunity to talk about the vinification and production process of Provence rosé.
