Join the team and take part in the grape harvest at an estate in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. You’ll be able to discover both manual harvesting and its local techniques, as well as machine-picking the grapes. In both cases, your guide will teach you all about the grape harvest!
For this experience, you’ll need to get up early, because in Provence, the grapes are harvested at night until early in the morning, to ensure that they stay fresh.
After spending some time in the vines, you’ll head to the cellar. You will observe the harvest being brought in, and to discover how the grapes are processed. You’ll have the unique opportunity to taste some of the freshly pressed juice, or perhaps some of the fermenting juice, and enjoy a wine tasting in the cellar, accompanied by a well-earned Provencal snack.
