In collaboration with Domaine du Bourrian, we are offering an exclusive 2-hour cooking class with a private chef from Ghayda Aouni's team in the winery's kitchens. The lunch will take place in the winery's gardens, and will consist of an aperitif, starter, main course and desert, which you will prepare with a wine from the estate in hand. From 12 years old.

The Domaine du Bourrian, a wine estate in Gassin, will be the setting for this new wine and gastronomy offer. From mid-April to mid-October 2026, the estate offers you its doors to host a private cooking class with a chef from Ghayda Aouni’s team.

 

We recommend you to go to the estate with your own transportation (transfers available at extra cost on request). A member of the estate staff will welcome you with the chef; the cooking class lasts around 2 hours in the estate’s kitchens, bottle of wine offered during the cooking class (Rosé Inspiration, 75cl).

 

The capacity is 2 to 8 people, small private group (from 12 years old).

Following this cooking class, we suggest you extend the gastronomic experience with lunch in the estate’s gardens (lunch will be indoors in case of rain or excessively high temperatures, ). Now’s the time to make the most of this private lunch. Your lunch will be accompanied by a bottle of Domaine du Bourrian wine (1 bottle for 2 to 4 people, 2 bottles for 6 to 8 people).

 

The total duration of our offer is 4 hours on site. If you would like a private tour and tasting of 4 wines/person before your course or following your gastronomic workshop, please ask us when you contact us (at an extra cost).

A menu is suggested; for each group we ask you to choose identical aperitifs, starters, main courses and desserts for the whole group, to make the cooking lesson easier. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know so that we can adapt the menu.

Our 4-hour offer does not include transport to the Domaine du Bourrian. If you are a group with one or more children, please specify this in your request : we will get back to you to discuss the feasibility. From age 12, children must be accompanied by an adult.

The same applies to any requests for information or groups of more than 8 people (subject to availability). To ensure everything runs smoothly, we divide the group into 2. The starters are prepared in advance for the chef; one group prepares the main course while the other goes on a private visit and tasting, and vice versa for the dessert preparation. Then everyone sits down to eat and enjoy.

    From mid-April to mid-October 2026, Monday through Sunday (subject to change on weekends if the estate is privatized). Select the desired date and make your reservation.

     

     

    Reservations are not automatic. We will contact our partners and get back to you depending on availability. If the requested date is available, we will accept your reservation. If not, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss other dates. If no dates are available, we will be forced to cancel your reservation.

     


     

    On request: private tour and 4-wine tasting (extra charge) before or after the cooking class and your lunch; we can also arrange transfers with a private chauffeur (e-class or van, extra charge).

     


     

    The menu consists of an aperitif, starter, main course and desert (some menu items can be prepared in advance by your chef). Menu sent by email once we know your allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements.
