Join Pastry Chef Bastien Guiral at the Domaine du Bourrian for a pastry cooking class where you’ll learn to make delicious treats (such as a Tropézienne or other suggestions) in a warm and friendly atmosphere. It is located in the heart of a vineyard in Gassin, at Domaine du Bourrian, We invite you to enjoy a timeless experience alongside Pastry Chef Bastien Guiral.
From mid-April to mid-October 2026, immerse yourself in the world of artisanal pastry-making during an immersive workshop, where technical skills and creativity come together in a friendly atmosphere. Over the course of 2.5 to 3 hours, create your own sweet treat in the estate’s kitchen, accompanied by a bottle of sparkling rosé wine (75 cl) to share.
The experience then continues with a tasting of your dessert (1 to 1.5 hours), so you can fully savor the moment.
The total duration of this experience is 4 hours on-site. The workshop accommodates 2 to 6 people (ages 12 and up) to ensure an intimate and exclusive experience.
We invite you to come directly to the estate (transfers available upon request for an additional fee), where you will be welcomed by the team and the chef.
To make the moment last a little longer, enjoy a tasting in the estate’s gardens (or indoors, depending on the weather), accompanied by a bottle of sparkling wine from Domaine du Bourrian (1 bottle for 2 to 4 people, 2 bottles for 5 to 6 people).
Finally, for an even more complete experience, you can add a private tour of the estate followed by a tasting of four wines per person before the workshop (additional fee applies; please request this via the contact form).
