Create your own cuvée at the winery in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A fun workshop for those who have always wanted to make their own wine ! Blending is the art of making a wine from different grape varieties. And since there are so many of them on our estate, there is no shortage of possible combinations.

Create your own cuvée of wine,

Armed with your tasting sheet, test tube and glasses, create the blend that suits you best and compare it with the master of the house. 5% Grenache? 10%? 30% Cinsault? (Grape varieties). Stick on the estate label, sign it and take it away with you! Step into the shoes of an oenologist for a morning or afternoon at one of Cogolin’s finest estates, Domaine du Val d’Astier, run by the Seignez family or a new estate in Ramatuelle, Domaine Rinaudo.

We will guide you step by step through this workshop, which doesn’t require any particular knowledge, just the desire to learn more and have a good time. A cellar tour and tasting of the estate wines is included after or before the blending workshop, accompanied by a Provencal snack or cold meats & cheese plater.

Your wine expert guide will be waiting for you at Domaine Val d’Astier in Cogolin or Domaine Rinaudo in Ramatuelle (other in request). Accompanied by your guide, wines and enjoy a Provencal snack at the end of the activity.

An ideal workshop for getting together with friends, celebrating a birthday, bachelorette or hen party, or spending time with family.

This offer is valid from a minimum price for a group of 2 to 6 people. Offer valid for up to 15 people, 59€/additional person.

When you make your online booking, we will be notified of your booking request. We will need to check availability with our partner estates before accepting your booking. We will contact you by email if any changes need to be made (please ensure your email address is correct when booking) or we will accept your request (you will receive a booking confirmation email).

As this is a seasonal offer, it is valid from October to March of every year and the blending session can be done on a red basis or a rosé wine basis depending on the time of the year. A private activity lasting 2 to 2h30 with a local sommelier; wine estate selected by your guide (communicated in advance).
