Payment

Prices are in Euros.

For other bookings, payment will be due after the confirmation of the booking by Beyond The Wine and before the tour.

Payment can be done :

  • By bank transfer
  • Sum up
  • On Beyond The Wine website

Secure payment

To validate your payment, you will have to authenticate yourself via your banking application.

This step is part of a new European regulation to improve the security of online transactions.

Credit card payments over 30€ are authenticated thanks to the 3-D Secure system. After validation of your bank details, you will receive a notification on your bank’s application. You will then be able to identify yourself using a password or your fingerprint. Once the authentication is validated, your order is finalized: you will receive a confirmation e-mail. For any question concerning the 3-D Secure, we invite you to contact your bank directly.

 

For groups and professionals 30% of the total amount of the booking is asked at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 30 days before the date of the tour.

Cancellation policy – Booking conditions

For individuals (less than 5 people) :

Please refer to our cancellation tour by tour to check what apply to you.

For groups and profesionals :

In case of cancellation of your booking on your behalf, cancellation charges may apply as provided below:

  • More than 15 days before the tour : no charges
  • From 15 days to 7 days before the tour : 30% of the total amount will be kept
  • Less than 7 days before the tour : no refund

No refund can be made if participants miss the tour because of a delay or this did not show up.

For groups more than 10 people, incentives/seminars and other professional events :

In case of cancellation of your booking on your behalf, cancellation charges may apply as provided below:
• More than 30 days : no fees
• From 30 days to 16 days before the tour : 30% of the price will be kept
• From 15 days to 7 days : 50% of the total price will be kept
• Less than 7 days to wine tour : no refund

Modifications possible upon availabilities and general conditions of the wineries and transport companies when used. There can be an extra charge for a modification asked by the client on a tour already planned or paid.

Beyond the Wine company can in no way be held responsible for delays in transit time due to circumstances beyond their control or coming from the transportation company if required. We accept no liability for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

We reserve the right to modify all or part of the itinerary if necessary, depending on the availability of domains and transportation companies.

Passengers must be able to prove age over 18 years for the consumption of alcohol at wineries. If less than 18 they have to be accompany by an adult and they will not be allowed to drink wine. 

Note these are only guideline cancellation terms, more specific terms may apply depending on the type and numbers of participants on your tour. See final contract for complete terms and conditions.

Please inform us about any food intolerance when you book. Photos are taken during the tour, if you do not wish to be taken, please advise your guide before the tour.

Personal data

In accordance with the Data processing and civil liberties law of January 6, 1978, the information provided by users to Beyond The Wine is strictly confidential. The user has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them. They may exercise this right by sending an email at : contact@beyondthewine.fr.

Beyond The Wine reminds that logo, text and content of the website will not be agreed to be copied, reproducted, modified published, sent, transmitted or distributted by any way unless there is a specific written authorization. Each person who will not respect the legal dispositions will be guilty of of forgery and can have legal sanctions. ​

By participating in an excursion, you authorize Beyond The Wine to take pictures of you and your accompanying persons. If you do not wish to be photographed, it is up to you to indicate it to the guide in the beginning of excursion.
